By downloading, installing, or using this product and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1.Acceptance of Terms These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental consent.

2.Description of Service The Platform provides Virtual Private Network (VPN) services capable of: Encrypting your network connection Protecting your online privacy Allowing secure access to internet resources Providing multiple server locations We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Service at any time.

3.Acceptable Use Policy You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall NOT use the Service to: ✗ Engage in illegal activities or violate any laws ✗ Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code ✗ Conduct hacking, cracking, or unauthorized access ✗ Engage in spamming, phishing, or fraud ✗ Infringe upon intellectual property rights ✗ Harass, threaten, or harm others ✗ Access or distribute child exploitation material ✗ Participate in terrorism or violence Violation of this policy may lead to immediate termination of your access.

4.Prohibition of Illegal Activities Our service is designed to protect your privacy, not to facilitate illegal activities. You assume full responsibility for your actions while using our service. We comply with all applicable laws and will cooperate with law enforcement when required by law.

5.Service Availability We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee: Uninterrupted or error-free operation Specific connection speeds Availability of specific server locations Compatibility with all devices or networks The Service may be affected by factors beyond our control, including ISP restrictions, network congestion, government censorship/blocking, or technical maintenance.

6.Free Service Limitations Our free service may include: Limited server locations Bandwidth caps Connection time limits Advertisements Lower priority during peak hours Premium features are available via in-app purchases.

7.Subscription Terms The Platform offers auto-renewing subscription plans (“Premium Service”) which provide access to faster servers, an ad-free experience, priority support, and other advanced features. Payment and Renewal Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Cancellation You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Restore Purchases If you have purchased a subscription but it is not active, you may use the "Restore Purchase" function in the app settings to reactivate it.

8.Account Security You are responsible for: Securing your device and the application Not sharing access rights with others Reporting any security issues immediately Keeping the software up to date

9.Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by the Platform and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not: Copy, modify, or reverse engineer our application Remove any copyright or proprietary notices Use our name, logo, or trademarks without permission

10.Privacy and Data Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. We adhere to a strict No-Logs policy and do not track your online activities.

11.Third-Party Services Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services.

12.Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to: Merchantability Fitness for a particular purpose Non-infringement Security or accuracy

13.Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for: Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Loss of profits, data, or goodwill Service interruptions or errors Actions of third parties Your use or misuse of the Service

14.Indemnity You agree to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

15.Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service: For violations of these Terms For illegal activities At our sole discretion, with or without prior notice You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the application.

16.Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17.Law and Jurisdiction Any disputes related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence, which are not affected by this choice of law clause.

18.Compliance with Applicable Laws The Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to: General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – applicable to EU users. Other applicable data protection and privacy laws in your jurisdiction. International laws and regulations applicable to VPN services. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

19.Severability If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20.Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform regarding the Service.
